What did I venture out to become? Tell me what I seek to control for my sanity? All of the noises and disturbances around me, that spiral me from my peaceful embrace to the initiation of tornadoes in me, and I get into my world where everything is falling apart, where everybody is a villain?
I have spent my childhood in panic, in questioning my essence, in questioning people’s intentions, and then I wandered far, forever lost, I lost myself in the process,
Trust me, I am trying really hard to find myself,
I wander a lot, again and again, and I try
I try really hard not to lose my sanity,
To not find myself breaking pieces of me,
To not find myself lost,
Lost again,
In this crowd,
Again, sabotaging myself for the world,
I am the most scared of myself,
As I am trying to tame all my demons within me,
As they talk back to me,
Scare the hell out of me,
As they try to build a story about people and life,
As they try to build a story about the world,
In a negative spiral they push me until into the tornado,
And I go round and round,
Trying so hard to escape,
Yet like I said, I am scared of myself,
Of what those demons would do to me,
They say that you have to shed your skin several times,
Until it can’t rebuild itself from its remnants anymore,
And even then you go on,
Feeling like you are always back to square one as you are pushed into the spiral,
And you try and try really hard,
But, you just feel that your world is crashing,
Like it always had,
And you feel that they are going to hurt you again,
And abandon you,
And you have to go and hide yourself,
That little kid,
Fighting all the darkness by herself,
How many walls have I built in me to protect this child, I don’t know,
How much distance I have created to harbour this sensitive child’s heart, I don’t know,
How many strict rules I have made for this child so that it doesn’t fall into the same spirals again, I don’t know,
As this child finds light in others,
And as this child has grown so very scared to confide in people,
It is more scared of herself,
What if her inner child ends up abandoning the child she promised to cherish with all her heart?
What if her child gets so hurt that she is unable to forgive,
What if she grows so cold,
And builds all those walls again?
She is, after all, in the end, the most scared of herself,
All those spirals she gets entangled in,
And she looks into his eyes,
She waits patiently in those spirals,
Very scared not to build any walls,
As she doesn’t know whether she will be able to break them,
Then she closes her eyes,
And she sees him in her,
Not as a feeling anymore,
Not as a water to her fire,
And she tries to feel him in her,
She tries to make sense of it all,
She analyses and goes into the spirals again,
Tries to make sense of him and his actions,
She again, finds herself caught in circles,
Then, inthhe spirals,
Then as her tornadoes calm down,
She again,
sees him,
This time, all in her,
And she doesn’t try to look for love in the language of this world,
She just be,
And then,
There he comes,
Like the wave,
A big one,
All encompassing her,
Then she again tries to make sense of it all,
But she can’t,
Because it’s the end of an era for her,
End of the dynasty in her,
She has to be reborn,
And this time,
Not as her previous thing,
But as that which goes beyond words,
This realm she has to break,
To enter into another realm,
Which is called life,
And from this part of her being,
She has to operate,
Her thoughts, feelings, actions, attention, and all that she is,
She has to be reborn,
She has to let herself die,
As she comes back to her core,
All that she would find is peace,
Her family and him,
But she and he aren’t separate but one,
At all levels,
And as her past tries to pull her back,
As the spirals try to engulf her,
She screams back at them,
She feels love in her heart,
She feels forgiveness in her heart,
She engulfs all of it with trust in her and the forces of this Universe that created her,
Like, everything can’t make sense,
Like, it is not the war of our minds to be fought,
As it is beyond its grasp,
Go deeper and deeper into you,
In the quiet corners of your being,
Into complete surrender,
Surrender of the surrender,
Take a deep breath,
Wear that smile on your face,
What do you see?
All your loved ones,
How do you feel?
Lucky and grateful,
Rest here, my dear friend,
Rest here,
Keep your hand on your heart,
Take a deep breath,
What do you see?
Yes,
Stay here my dear friend,
Stay here.
